In the SystemOut.log file, you can find following error: -

ERROR: SendAsDenied; abc@xyz.com not allowed to send as def@xyz.com;

SMTP: got response code 554, with response: 554 5.2.252 SendAsDenied;
abc@xyz.com not allowed to send as def@xyz.com; STOREDRV.Submission.Exception:SendAsDeniedException.MapiExceptionSendAsDenied; Failed to process message due to a permanent exception with message
[BeginDiagnosticData]Cannot submit message
