PH50065: ENHANCEMENT FOR SCHEDULING THE EXECUTION OF ONLY RECOVERY SENSOR

Error description

• The Autonomics Director requires both the DB sensor and the
  recovery sensor to schedule the execution of a recovery sensor
  job by the Autonomics Director scheduler. The Autonomics
  Director will support scheduling the execution of only recovery
  sensor.

  *                 restart the Autonomics Director server.      *

  This enhancement enables automatic collection and evaluation of
  only Recovery Sensor data for the Autonomics Director.
  
  The Autonomics Director provides a new REORG parameter. If user
  specifies REORG=DISABLE, DB Sensor data collection and
  evaluation will not be performed automatically.
  
  This enhancement enables IMS Tools setup to support REORG and
  RECOVERY parameters for the Autonomics Director.
