Customers migrating from API Connect v5 need to be using a minimum of N-2 of the AMU tool

Summary

There is a need to get customers doing migration to be on or as close to the latest level of API Connect as possible and always using the latest AMU tool.

If a customer is on an earlier fix-pack of API Connect, they need to move up to a minimum of N-2 in order to get AMU support.
