Troubleshooting
Problem
On upgrade to version 1.6.6 of full cloud NOI systems the EventManagementAnalytics project is not created. The EventManagementAnalytics project was added with Netcool/Impact 7.1.0-TIV-NCI-FP0027 which is included in NOI 1.6.6.
New full cloud systems are not affected by this issue. On-premises systems are also not affected.
Symptom
The Netcool/Impact project,
EventManagementAnalytics, has policies and services to customize probable cause analytics. This project is missing from the Project drop-down in the Netcool/Impact GUI on upgraded NOI 1.6.6 systems.Document Location
