APAR and Known Issue Fixes
When an APAR or Known Issue has Manual Change in the first column, click the link or go to the Manual Changes section for directions.

Manual Changes

This APAR can be replicated only if the value of Maximo System property mxe.webclient.systemNavBar is set to 0. In other words, there is no side menu bar. The Action menu is meant to be displayed in Message tracking application.
