PH49376: REORG OF LOGICALLY-RELATED DATABASES CAN FAIL WITH "DATASET IN USE" ERROR

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• Reorg of logically-related databases can fail with "dataset in
  use" error when JES takes some time to cleanup subordinate
  address spaces.
  We will modify the program to explicitly deallocate shadow data
  sets before ending the subordinate address spaces.

  Reorganization of logically-related databases can fail with
  the following error:
    HRF01041I Dataset xxxx.yyyy.S in use
  After shadow datasets are reloaded in subordinate address
  spaces(SAS), ORF terminates the SAS and allocates the shadow
  datasets in master address space(MAS) for subsequent processes.
  When JES takes some time to cleanup SAS, MAS can allocate the
  shadow datasets while they are still held by SAS, which results
  in the allocation failure.
  

Problem conclusion

• The program has been modified to explicitly deallocate shadow
  database data sets before ending the subordinate address spaces.
