JR65146: IIDR CONTINUOUSLY LOGS EVENT MESSAGES DUE TO INCORRECT REALLOCATION OF BUFFER CAPACITY.

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• When we hit an event which can not be fit in the buffer, we try
  to reallocate the buffer. But this reallocation is happening
  even for events which are smaller than buffer capacity.
  

Local fix

•  Restarting the instance would help resolve this issue for
  sometime.
