Error description
CDC Oracle Redo does not always try to re-read ASM managed redo log using Oracle package if native file access hits log corruption error.
Local fix
The workaround is to restart the subscription. On restart as long as the restart position is pointing to a redo log that is EARLIER than the log that CDC hit log corruption error with we should be able to restart. If not restarting the subscription will not work. You will have to mark table capture point/refresh to move past the error.
