Problem
Can not apply the setting from RTM to LSF cluster.
Symptom
Sometimes the RTM and not apply the settings to LSF cluster
Cause
LSF restart need long time
Resolving The Problem
You need to make sure before you update the new configuration the LSF cluster has been started up. Sometime the LSF restart take a little long time. If you update the new configuration between this period, the configuration can not upload successfully
