Troubleshooting
Problem
A generic login error encountered during execution of a Cognos Schedule that uses Triggers (trigger.bat/trigger.sh). It only fails to run when using a user credential from AzureAD with MFA enabled.
Symptom
Trigger.bat error:
CM-CAM-4005 Unable to authenticate. Check your security directory server connection and confirm the credentials entered at login.CAF-WRN-2082 An error has occurred. Please contact your administrator.
