Troubleshooting
Problem
When the user tries to check the agent status, it shows as unreachable.

Symptom
- When the user tries to check the agent status, it shows as unreachable
- Port 9012 is open on the IBM TM1 Server (Where the Planning Analytics Administration agent is installed).
- Upon checking Planning Analytics Administration agent logs "messages.log" located in "tm1_64\paa_agent\wlp\usr\servers\kate-agent\logs", the following error message is repeated.
