Error description

• Customer unable to add NetApp FAS2750 (ONTAP 9.5P6)
  to Spectrum Control as either a block or file storage system.
  
  Affected environments:
  
   - Spectrum Control installed on Windows Server 2012 and
  2012 R2
  
   - Storage Insights Data Collector when deployed on
  Windows Server 2012 and 2012 R2

Local fix

• The 3rd party storage executables require a windows library:
  Visual C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio 2015
  
  If your server (Windows Server 2012 or 2012 R2) is missing
  the required library you will see the .dll error.
  
  Fix by installing Windows KB2999226:
  https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=49063
  
  Then you can add the NetApp (or Hitachi or EMC) devices.
