PH48257: CBAC GROUPS SCREEN IN ISPF INTERFACE SCREEN HAS WRAPPING ISSUES

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• ISPF screens supplied with CICS Batch Application Control (CBAC)
  have word wrapping issues.
  Problem 1-
  Start with all files within the group set to the same state -
  either all open or all closed.
  In CBAC, choose option 1 - Select a CICS region
  Select option 5 - application groups
  Enter i for insert on a file
  On the 'Add Object to Application Group' screen select 1 - File
  and 3 - Search CICS region's control file for matching objects.
  The results are displayed but are wrapped.
  Problem 2 -
  Within a group, have files at different states - some open, some
  closed.
  In CBAC 1 - Select a CICS region
  Select option 5 - application groups
  Enter i for insert on a file, then on the 'Add Object to
  Application Group' screen Select 1 - File and 3 - Search CICS
  region's control file for matching objects.
  
  Error received:
  ISPF service error, service= DISPLAY, rc= 20, arg= PANELID, key=
  , loc=CBKROBJL, at 1417,
  msg= Parameter 'MSG' exceeds the allowable length.
