PH49139: ADD MISSING AUTHORITIES FOR NORMAL DB2 USER TO RUN SAVE DATA COMMAND

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• This APAR will update QMF for TSO and CICS installation job to
  add missing authorities to run the SAVE DATA command for normal
  Db2 users. SQL copybook DSQ1STGC updated as part of
  installation job DSQ1STGJ.

Problem summary

  * USERS AFFECTED: All QMF for TSO/CICS V13.1 users             *
  ****************************************************************
  Regular users may encounter 'DSQ16551 You
  lack the authorization necessary for this
  SAVE command.' when running the SAVE DATA
  command using the default profile space
  setting of 'DATABASE "DSQDBDEF"'. This
  unexpected error is due to missing Db2
  authorities in the SAVE DATA installation job DSQ1STGJ.
  

Problem conclusion

• This APAR adds the missing authorities
  to run the SAVE DATA command for regular DB2 users.
