  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: Various problems affecting the          *
  *                      streaming queue function, including     *
  *                      - CSQM586E is issued to report an       *
  *                      invalid stream queue on every MQPUT     *
  *                      - No streaming occurs for alias queues  *
  *                      targeting a local queue configured for  *
  *                      streaming.                              *
  *                      - Incompatible attributes can be        *
  *                      specified when creating/altering a      *
  *                      local queue to use streaming.           *
  *                      - Abend 0C4 when streaming to a topic   *
  *                      alias                                   *
  *                      - incorrect Page Set and Buffer Pool    *
  *                      values in SMF 116 Class 3 accounting    *
  *                      records for queues with STREAMQ set     *
  ****************************************************************
  Various problems affecting the streaming queue function,

Problem conclusion

• The streaming queue functionality has been changed to address
