Troubleshooting
Problem
When you open the detail view of a data rule run in the Information Analyzer UI of an Information Server installation having a micro-service tier, the output data is not shown. An Exception is thrown immediately or after some time. The error message indicates a network error like no route to host, or a connection timeout. The error message contains an IP address and no DNS hostname.
