Error description

• FSSTRUCT errors logged in the system log file, and after
  formatting these errors with the fsstructlx.awk tool,
  the FSSTRCUT error is FSErrValidate (108) i
  with type=eaOverflowBlock.

  Benefits of the solution:
  Avoid FSSTRUCT error as well as extended
  attributes issue on snapshot file
  
  Work around: No
  Problem trigger:
  Extended attributes does exhaust the free inode space
  and start to allocate overflow blocks,
  while snapshot is in use as well.
  Symptom: FSSTRUCT error reported in system log file
  Platforms affected: All Operating Systems
  Functional Area affected: Snapshot and extended attribute
  Customer Impact: High Importance
