Error description

• Unexpected email alerts indicating that the data collector is
  not connected.
  
  Example:
  At <date & time> we noticed that a data collector in your
  environment has not connected to IBM Storage Insights.
  
  The alerts happen occasionally.  Every time the data collector
  status is checked after an alert, it is found to be connected.
  No outage within the customer environment is believed to have
  occurred.
