• When sending a payload larger than 4096 bytes to an API
  endpoint, HTTP status code 400 is returned and the following
  message is reported
  
  BAQR1153W: HTTP status code 400 is returned in the response for
             the API operation (relativePath: <path>, method:
             <method>). Data transformation for the response is
             skipped. The response entity is returned directly.

  The z/OS Connect API requester implementation automatically
  chunks data greater than 4 KB in length and adds a
  Transfer-Encoding field with a value of "chunked". If the API
  endpoint implementation does not support chunking, the request
  fails.

• z/OS Connect has been updated to add a new allowChunking
  attribute to the zosconnect_endpointConnection element to
  specify whether chunking is allowed to an API requester
  endpoint. Setting allowChunking="false" prevents chunking to the
  API endpoint. The default is allowChunking="true".
  
  The fix for this APAR is expected to be delivered by the PTF
  for z/OS Connect EE V3.0.66.0 (PH52022).
