APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• The requested EXPLAIN commands report is not produced.
  This occurs  when the following conditions are fulfilled :
  - an EXPLAIN commands report must be produced, i.e. if the
  following situation applies:
     - the VUU087/DISPEXPL parmlib parameter is set to YES,ddname
     - one of the following is true:
        - the OPTIMIZE_PART_RANGE feature is requested for an
  unload processed in native mode
        - the LOCK YES feature is requested for a logical unload
  processed in SQL mode
  - the ddname specified by the VUU087/DISPEXPL parameter is not
  allocated by a JCL DD statement
  - the VUU030/ULOPTNS parmlib parameter value contains
  USER_SWITCH_METHOD(RACF)
  - the VUM035/EXPLNUSR parmlib parameter is not set to
  CURRENT_USER
  

Local fix

• either allocate the ddname in the JCL or request the EXPLAIN
  command report be written to the SYSPRINT or STDERR dataset
