PH48221: UNLOADS FAILS WITH CEE5209S THE SIGNAL SIGUSR2 WAS RECEIVED AND COMPLETION CODE OF 3000 IF DB2 HPU DISPLAY UTILITY FEATURE

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• An unload step fails with a completion code of 3000 after having
  issued the following message: CEE5209S The signal SIGUSR2 was
  received.
  This issue intermittently occurs when a job invoking the DISPLAY
  UTILITY feature through a INZTOOLS step is run while the unload
  step is either starting or ending,
  

Local fix

• make sure not to use the DISPLAY UTILITY feature.
