Patch Install hangs when upgrading to 11.4

Troubleshooting


Problem

Issue with installing patches; that is, p1013 for log4j issue and bundle p430 running locally or pushing out from the CM.

The installation hangs with the following messages in the log:

2022-06-14 14:16:39, register_patch.sh, warning, Registration to Available PATCH is complete for package: 'SqlGuard-11.0p430_Bundle_Apr_28_2022'.
