Problem
Copying LDAP Bind User password from the XML file exported from Cognos Configuration of a working environment into a new environment fails with
'CAM-AAA-0026 The function call to 'ldap_simple_bind_s' failed with error code: '49'
Symptom
In the environment A an LDAP namespace tests and works successfully. In the new environment B, the Bind User password is copied from an XML file exported from the Cognos Configuration using Export As functionality. The password contains XML encoded characters.
