Troubleshooting
Problem
A Transformer model that has been working for a long time based on IQD files is failing with an error when building the cube from a command line batch file or shell script.
Errors:
(TR3001) The IBM Cognos gateway is unable to connect to the IBM Cognos Analytics server. The server may be unavailable or the gateway may not be correctly configured.
(TR0116) Transformer can't open the file <data source name>.
Symptom
The errors occur when building from batch or shell script.
When the Transformer model is opened manually in Transformer the Package or Report data source works successfully in Data Source Viewer and the Powercube builds successfully.
