IBM Verify Credentials - Support
If you want to report an issue pertaining to your use of the mobile app, follow these steps:
- Open the app
- Tap the Settings icon
- Select the Settings option
- Tap Contact IBM
This process submits an email initiated incident report. Include your name, account identifier, and a description of your issue.
Alternately, you could send an email to ivc4did@in.ibm.com.
