  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: JDBC 4.3 support.                       *

  This APAR adds support for use of JDBC 4.3 in a JVMSERVER
  running Java 11.
  
  This APAR also resolves the problem that can cause the following
  Liberty FFDCs when using Java 11 with the CMCI JVM server
  (EYUCMCIJ):
  
  java.lang.ClassNotFoundException:
    com.ibm.crypto.provider.safkeyring.Handler
    com.ibm.ws.runtime.util.URLStreamHandlerAdapter parseURL
  
  java.lang.ClassNotFoundException:
    com.ibm.crypto.provider.safkeyring.Handler
    com.ibm.ws.runtime.util.URLStreamHandlerAdapter openConnection
  
  java.lang.NullPointerException
    com.ibm.ws.ssl.config.WSKeyStore$1 do_getKeyStore
  

Problem conclusion

• This APAR adds support for use of JDBC 4.3 in a JVMSERVER
  running Java 11.
  
  CICS has also been modified to ensure that the location
  attribute of the keystore element in a CMCI JVM server
  (EYUCMCIJ) server.xml will start safkeyringjce:/// when Java 11
  is used to prevent the Liberty FFDCs.
