JR60502: Fix SAP Code Checker Sort Order related warning for RFM /IBMIIS/RFC_SERVICE_V8_1

Error description

• While running SAP code checker on ABAP stage generated programs
  several warnings indicate
  that the code in the packages Main RFC modules(unicode) and
  Authorization Roles on S4HANA
  The check indicates potential prolems with the HANA sort order:
  "SELECT without ORDER BY and a following DELETE ADJACENT
  DUPLICATES" are highlighted.
  

Local fix

• Ignore.
  

Problem summary

• While running the SAP code checker several warnings are noticed
  that indicate that the code in the packages
  IBM IIS Pack for SAP App 8.1 - Main RFC modules(unicode)
  IBM IIS Pack for SAP App 8.1 - Authorization Roles
  may not be ready for S4HANA.
  
  The check indicates potential problems with the HANA sort order:
  "SELECT without ORDER BY and a following DELETE ADJACENT
  DUPLICATES" are highlighted.
  

Problem conclusion

• Code fix in SAP Service functions: Sorted internal table before
  using DELETE ADJACENT DUPLICATES in RFC
  /IBMIIS/RFC_SERVICE_V8_1.  No warning are indicated for
  Code_Inspector_S4HANA_1809_Readiness_Checks.
  Fix included in version 8200 and available as patch for versions
  8001, 8003, 8100, 8101.
