  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: This APAR adds functionality to         *
  *                      support the Db2 13 feature "Online      *
  *                      conversion of tables from growth-based  *
  *                      (PBG) to range-based (PBR) partitions"  *
  *                      during the ALTER TABLE (AL) flow.       *
  *                      This APAR also fixes an ONCODE 350      *
  *                      error.                                  *
  ****************************************************************
  The Db2 13 feature "online conversion of PBG to PBR" is
  already supported in Db2 Admin Tool 13.1 by using the ALT line
  command. This APAR adds support for this feature when using
  the AL line command.
  
  When issuing the AL line command on a table that is in a PBG
  table space, the user can now choose to convert its table
  space to PBR by selecting the ALTER PARTITIONING option on
  panel ADB21TA. If the values MAXVALUE (for ascending) or
  MINVALUE (for descending) are selected for the limit key
  columns, the new Db2 13 ALTER TABLE ALTER PARTITIONING
  statement is generated for the conversion.
  
  This APAR also fixes the following ONCODE 350 error in merge:
  IBM0361W ONCODE=350 The STRINGRANGE condition was raised.
  From entry point CONVERT_LIMITKEY at statement xxx at compile
  unit offset xxx at entry offset xxx at address xxx.
