• A JCICS RESETBR call is not returning a NOT FOUND condition.

  *                      KeyedFileBrowse.reset()                 *
  ****************************************************************
  A Java application attempts to use the KeyedFileBrowse JCICS
  class with method reset().  The passed in key does not exist
  within the file and a RecordNotFoundException is not returned
  as expected.
  
  This APAR also fixes a problem where the reset() method is
  called with a SearchType of EQUAL, however this is not processed
  correctly which may mean the browse is not repositioned as
  expected.
  

Problem conclusion

• CICS updated to correctly check the command and return the
  relevant exception.
