  SVD errors are not being reported from ITXA healthcare payer
  9.0.2 compliance check. Rules 58653,58654,58655 not always
  reporting all SVD segments in error.  Affects 837P, 837I, and
  837D claim transactions.

Problem conclusion

• Corrected Rule type 50 logic in rules.h source for HCSVU.dll.
  Removed the fixed size array that was being used to contain the
  SVD segments, as it was not large enough.
