Troubleshooting
Problem
The customer said that they created a CICS region 3 or 4 weeks ago that was running okay. Now when they try to start the region via the smitty panels, issues message number 0513-015 with the following information: cics.regionName subsystem could not be started. please check subsystem resources and try again later.
