Troubleshooting
Problem
There are some elements that Spread Data menu is deactivated.
Some elements are leaf and some elements are consolidation.
Symptom
User can't use Spread Data by right-click the cell in Planning Analytics Workspace or Planning Analytics for Excel. Menu is deactivated.
