Problem
The customer backs up their files by doing an "sfsadmin export file" for each file every night. He has a script that issues a series of commands like: sfsadmin import file dct1tbl -server /.:/cics/sfs/secserv -targetvolume sfs_Ssecsrv to restore the files. After restoring their system with makesysb, now each command gets this error: 1 51892 ... 54048c37 W Call to cie_import failed with status ENC-sfs-0114: Cannot open the sfs file SFS_IE_UNABLE_TO_OPEN_FILE (0x7715a072)
