Maximo Anywhere and MAS Manage cache problems

Question

When a new Maximo Anywhere version is uploaded to Maximo Manage, the cache is not cleaned, resulting in no change for the user. To get the new version live and downloaded to the end-user, one needs to ask SRE to perform a clean of cache on pods. What is the permanent fix for this workaround?
