  1. Getpage Read I/O Displays without Caption.
  2. S0C4 occurs only on DB2 V11 subsystem when
  PTF PI22091 / UI22679 not applied.
  3. KDPPLEX is rebuilt to pickup OB730 KOBPCO and KOBUTL changes.
  4. Interval reset situation should accept only EQ operator and
  reset statistics start time when HOUR value matches current hour
  5. QWACAWTD,QWACAWCD WERE FORMATTED IN AN INCORRECT FORMATTING
  ROUTINE
  

Problem conclusion

• 1. caption is added for getpage read I/O.
  2. Additional checking provided for simulated bufferpool support
  when DB2 V11 is installed without original PTF PI22091 / UI22679
  applied.
  3. KDPPLEX is changed due to OB730 changes.
  4. Interval reset situation will be triggered when HOUR value
  match current hour. If there is no Interval reset situation,
  but you have correct SH setup, Interval start time will be
  set the earliest SH before current hour or to the earliest
  available SH generated.
  5. INCORROUT RESOLVED BY MOVING THE FIELDS TO APPROPRIATE
