Error description

• Storage Insights not recognizing product IBM Spectrum Virtualize
  for Public Cloud, when attempting to add cluster it
  fails to be added to Storage Insights.
  
  While attempting to add a Spectrum Virtualize for Public Cloud
  the process fails.
