Abstract
If you are using either of the IBM Cognos Analytics mobile applications, you must upgrade your version of Cognos Analytics and the Cognos Analytics mobile application in order to receive push notifications.

In order for mobile users to continue to receive push notifications, both the IBM Cognos Analytics Server and the mobile client applications must be updated. Client applications are available in the Apple App Store (for iOS and iPadOS) and the Google Play Store (for Android).

Review the system requirements for the product in the IBM Cognos Analytics 11.2.x Installation and Configuration Guide. This document is available from the IBM Cognos Analytics documentation.
