Changes to the IBM Security QRadar SOAR App for ServiceNow with IBM Cloud Pak for Security v1.10

Summary

In 1.10 of IBM Cloud Pak for Security (CP4S), the IBM Security QRadar SOAR app for ServiceNow only supports display names for Organizations when configuring the SOAR properties on ServiceNow. The previous way of specifying the Organization UUID is no longer supported. This change affects customers that use the ServiceNow mid-server for integration access.

Steps

Customers that use the CP4S Organization UUID (as previously required) and a mid-server must update their configuration properties for SOAR in ServiceNow upon upgrading to CP4S 1.10. No other changes are required.

Here's a screen capture of the IBM SOAR Organization field within the Service Now app, which needs to change for the organization name.
