How To Reset Max Value For Member_ID

Troubleshooting


Problem

In Guardium GUI, group members appear empty after adding and saving if the max value for member ID of 2147483647 is reached.

Symptom

  1. In the Guardium GUI, try to create a new group by using Group Builder  
  2.  Add a member into the group
  3. click Save

Result: The member is not added. You might see the same result when trying to import group members from custom query.
