Abstract
Migrating source code files from z/OS to Git can be a challenge when it comes to code page conversion and managing specific EBCDIC characters. This document describes the code page conversion process during the migration of source code files from z/OS to Git and provides hints and tips to ensure a successful migration leveraging IBM Dependency Based Build.
