  Db2 SQL Data Insights functions call a C library to do semantic
  arithmetic. The C library does not expect the mask bits in the
  Floating-Point-Control register to be on. When the bits are on,
  the ABEND might occur in the C library.
  Also adding a serviceability improvement for acceleration mode.
  

Problem conclusion

• Db2 is modified to ensure that the mask bits in the
  Floating-Point-Control register are off when calling the C
  library.
  The serviceability improvement for the acceleration mode has
  been implemented.
