Problem

When using the following command: ./itmcmd agent start r9
It might report the following message:

Processing. Please wait...
     Starting Monitoring Agent for Business Service Manager Common Agent ...
     KCIIN0198E Unable to start agent. Please, check log file.

Symptom

The logs <host>_r9_*.log can report the following message:
/opt/IBM/ITM/lx8266/r9/bin/kr9agent: error while loading shared libraries:
libnsl.so.1: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

libnsl.so.1 is not available in this machine, the machine is:
