Problem
Db2 11.5.0 または 11.1.2.2 の Windows クライアントで ODBC または CLI アプリケーションを実行すると、データベース接続が以下のようなエラーで失敗することがあります。
指定されたドライバーはシステムエラー 1114:ダイナミックリンクライブラリ(DLL)初期化ルーチンの実行に失敗しました。
(IBM DB2 ODBC DRIVER - DB2COPY1, C:\Program Files\IBM\SQLLIB\BIN\DB2CLIO.DLL) のため読み込めませんでした。
