Error "BMXAA6713E - The MBO fetch operation failed in the mboset with the SQL error code 402" occurs when running "Show Defect Markups" in 3D view in IBM Maximo for Civil Infrastructure 7.6.x where Microsoft SQL server is used as a backend database server.
