Problem conclusion

• IBM Spectrum Protect Plus file search mechanism has been tuned
  to handle larger indexed file metadata and reduce memory
  consumption for users that are not sysadmin nor superuser.
  Searches made with a specific VM specified have been further
  optimized.
  

Temporary fix

• Perform file search and restore operations using either sysadmin
  or superuser accounts.   Performing file searches using the
  sysadmin or superuser level accounts have been observed to use
  less memory.
