Problem
A customer was trying to install 'Netcool Hybrid Deployment Option Integration Kit 3.3.5' on WebGUI with the repository URL:
However, they were getting the error:
Failed to connect repository 'https://netcool-noi.qa.mycorp.com/im/repository/repository.config'; either because the repository does not exist, the repository is closed or the repository server cannot be reached.
