Problem summary


    

  • The upgrade code for 10.0.4.0 had a defect where it was wiping
the ibm_apim module configuration settings. This reverted the
portal to a very secure restricted functionality mode. This
upgrade bug is fixed in this APAR. A workaround is to go to
Configuration->System->IBM Developer Portal and re-enable the
desired features.
