Problem
SFTP Server Adapter 2.0 refuses client connections in the high load scenario
Command line SFTP client errors:
$ sftp -P 15042 user@host
SSH Server supporting SFTP only
user@host password:
Received disconnect from host port 15042:12: Maximum number of channels exceeded, Max limit:100
Disconnected from host port 15042
Couldn't read packet: Connection reset by peer
$ sftp -P 15042 user@host
SSH Server supporting SFTP only

sftpserverlogger2_0.log
No errors in SFTP Server Adapter 2.0 log, it logs the channel size when the debug is turned on.

No errors in sftpserverlogger2_0.log.
SFTP Client errors out while connecting to SFTP Server Adapter 2.0.
