  This APAR contains the 2.5 run-time library changes needed
  for the new features and functions introduced with the
  Enterprise PL/I for z/OS 6.1 compiler.

• This APAR contains the 2.5 run-time library support for
  the following new functions introduced via the
  Enterprise PL/I for z/OS 6.1 compiler:
  
  - CONFORMANCE condition handling
  - Enhanced SIZE and SUBSCRIPTRANGE condition handling
  - 31-bit to 64-bit interoperability and vice-versa
  
  The message files will also be updated to include the
  new messages associated with the above changes. This is handled
  via PH42584.
  
  For Japanese message file changes, APAR is PH44256.
