Benefits of the solution:
Fixed the code not to recall deleted file's
data into AFM recovery snapshot.

Work around: None

Problem trigger:
Deletion of migrated files on AFM fileset

Symptom:  Unexpected results

Platforms affected: All Linux OS environments
